If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Before returning any items, we ask that you contact us to arrange the return by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging
- A credit can not be processed until the item is received safely in the condition it was supplied.
The goods must be packaged well to prevent damage in transit and it is always best to send a return by a tracked method. Paper Rose is not liable to replace the goods if the parcel is lost or damaged in transit.
