Paper Rose may replace your goods if they are faulty. You must first contact us, either by emailing email@example.com or calling (08) 8388 1821. We will suggest solutions and offer advice to ensure that the product is being used correctly.
We can not offer you a replacement until we have received the original goods. Once we receive them, they will be tested on standard die-cutting machines. If the products work correctly with reasonable effort, photos will be taken and they will be posted back to you with samples included. If not, Paper Rose will replace the goods. Before being posted, the replacements will be tested to ensure they function correctly.
Paper Rose will not replace goods that have been damaged through misuse.
MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Once your items are in the post, Paper Rose is not liable for any damage caused or missing items.
Paper Rose is unable to offer you a replacement if:
- The tracking shows your parcel was successfully delivered
- If you provided an incorrect shipping address
- OR if you selected 'Standard - Without Tracking' as your shipping method
