I used three of my fav Native Garden 12x12 Paper Collection pattern papers cut to about 9x5 as an anchor for my photos on the woodgrain background. I messily outlined each layer with a black journalling pen to mimic stitching with black thread before adhering them down. From there, I printed the 2 photos of me and my sis in 4x3 and black and white and backed each with a few more pattern papers.

From there, I fussy cut those lovely florals from another of the pattern papers and tucked those around the layout. First stamping the Maya’s Garden Leafy Stems Clear Stamp with Premium Dye Ink, Intense Black on the woodgrain behind each of the floral embellishments for a little peek a boo dimension. The final touch was some white and black enamel dots.
