Wedding Blooms Easel Card - Kelly Bates
Hello friends and welcome to my latest post for Paper Rose! Today I’m bringing back an old favourite, the M fold card. I like to crack this one out when I’m feeling fancy but don’t have a lot of time to play as it’s so quick and easy to create, so let’s get into it!
An M fold card is one of the easiest of the fancy fold cards to make, all you need is a Top Folding Card Base and a piece of cardstock measuring 29cm x 9.5cm. You score the cardstock at 14.6cm and 21.8cm, valley folding the first and mountain folding the second so you a piece that will look like the image below (once attached).
From there, you glue your cardstock onto your card base and decorate. For this card I’ve used a piece of the Wedding Blooms Textures 6×6 Paper Collection for my main panel which measures 13.8cm x 9cm, then 2 panels from the Wedding Blooms Basics 6×6 Paper Collection cut to 6.4cm x 9cm on the mountain of the card. I’ve decorated with pieces from the Wedding Blooms Embossed Die Cut pack and Wedding Blooms Cut Apart Sheets. I finished the card off with a gold foiled sentiment from the Happy Birthday Foil Sentiment Sheets.
Thanks for stopping by, I’ll see you again later in the month with another card for Paper Rose! – Kelly 🙂
