For this 12x12 layout, I fussy cut all the blue rainbows from one of the collection’s pattern papers and ripped some paper strips from what remained. I layered these up on another one of the papers to create a rainbow cascade. Prepping the background first with the Little Tots Words 6x6 Stencil in blue ink, and some white acrylic paint splatters.

I finished it off with a few fussy cut clouds and a sun from the collection papers, my photos and the Wake Up and Play title using some Thicker Alphas from my stash. Loving these rainbows!
