Technique: I cut the largest stitched rectangle die from my black cardstock that comes in the Brights cardstock pack, as well as the middle sized stitched circle from the centre of the black panel. I stamped my sentiment onto the white smooth cardstock and after it dried, I cut it with the next size down circle die. To make my background panel I took half a sheet of the smooth white cardstock and started randomly swiping my Versamark pad directly over the paper a few times. I then added the embossing powder, heat set and allowed to cool for a minute before repeating the process several times until I was happy with the layers and textures I got. Once totally cooled, I cut the panel using my second largest rectangle die, glued it to my black panel and sat it under a heavy book until it was dry. I then foam mounted the sentiment to the centre of the card and embellished with 4 gold rhinestones.
