DT member @julz2470 created this stunning Colours Day scrapbook layout using our popular Rainbow Twirl collection. By layering the bright patterned papers with black cardstock, Julie made every color pop, then finished the design with floral die cuts and bold die cut lettering for the perfect playful touch.
