By repurposing small scraps from the Rainbow Twirl papers, Sasha created vibrant background panels with a mosaic-style technique. She adhered the paper pieces to the card base, filling the gaps with glitter for extra sparkle and shine. Bursting with color and cheer, these cards are sure to brighten anyone’s day! 🌻🥰
