Rainbow Cats - Kelly Bates
Hello friends! It’s mid April so you know what that means… it’s time for an adorable birthday card for my daughter 😀 I can not tell you how happy I was to see that Paper Rose has created a physical stamp from this gorgeous RAM Stamps design. I’ve made a bunch of panels using this stamp set so far, but I decided to pick my favourite three for this post otherwise we’d be here all day. Without further ado, let’s get into today’s cards!
There’s not a lot to explain with these cards today as they’re pretty self explanatory 😀 Here’s the brief run down though:
- I’ve stamped the Rainbow Cats stamp set in Gina K amalgam ink onto Blending cardstock, heat set and allowed the images to dry out completely overnight (humidity is not my friend at the moment!)
- I’ve then coloured each of the images with alcohol ink markers (a mix of Copics and cheapies from Officeworks)
- A note: speaking of my colouring… the brown kitty who is all speckled has been done that way on purpose 😀 I figured out a way of doing it using the 0 blender to look like a friends kitty.
- Since taking these photos I’ve cut them down using the Stitched Rectangle nesting dies and added them to the AU side folding card bases.
Thanks for stopping by, see you again later in the month with another fun Paper Rose card! – Kelly.
