Hello crafty friends, For me, August is the start of Christmas card season and today my design team post features my first Christmas card for this year. I've used the Scandi House die. I hope you have a happy, crafty Sunday x

Technique
1) Cut and score white cardstock to make a card base that measured 8.25 x 3.25 inches. Cut an additional panel that measures 8 x 3 inches.
2) On the panel ink blend distress oxide inks to create a night sky. Mix gouache with a small amount of water and splatter onto the panel to create snow.
3) Cut snow drifts from white cardstock. Adhere to the panel with liquid glue on the sides and base only.
4) Die cute the images in a variety of coloured cardstock.
5) Arrange images onto the panel, overlapping and sliding behind the snow drifts. Adhere with liquid glue and foam tape.
6) Glue the panel to the card base.
7) Stamp the sentiment and heat set with white embossing powder. Adhere to the card using foam tape.
