Technique
1) Cut and score cardstock to make a card base that measures 4.25 x 5.5 inches. Then cut a panel using the Pierced Rectangle die. Add together with foam tape.
2) Die cut a variety of florals and foliage using various colours of cardstock.
3) Arrange the images onto the panel using liquid glue and foam tape.
4) Stamp the sentiment with embossing ink and heat set set gold embossing powder. Trim to size and add to the panel.
