Technique:
1) Cut & score a piece of 110lb cardstock to create a card base to measure 4.25in x 5.5in. Cut a piece f 80lb cardstock to be slightly smaller than the base. Add some red copic marker around the edge of this panel. Cut one more panel slightly smaller again.
2) Stamp the images and colour with copic markers. Once coloured, fussy cut the images.
3) cut a snow bank using masking paper and stick to the smallest panel. Using the distress oxide inks create a night sky by ink blending a few blue shades. Splatter a small amount of water onto the ink blending and pick it with some kitchen paper. Once dry, mix some gouache with a tiny amount of water and splatter across the in bending. Remove the masking paper.
4) Glue the houses in position with liquid glue and stamp a sentiment.
5) Glue the panel to the card base.
