Floating Elements on Cards - Sasha Reade
😃✨DT member @creating_with_sasha_reade has crafted a fascinating technique that gives the illusion of floating elements on card fronts! Using our Feather Trio Metal Cutting Dies, Sasha die cut metallic cardstock feathers to create a stunning, dimensional effect.
To achieve this look, she layered the die-cut feathers onto cardstock panels with matching negative spaces, backing them with transparency film for a seamless, airy appearance. The panels were then placed over Botanical Blooms patterned paper, allowing the delicate designs to peek through the cutouts—making the feathers appear as if they’re floating. The result? A touch of magic in every card! 💙
