Card Making Techniques with Foil Papers - Melissa Bee

👀🥰Take a look at these stunning cards from Design Team member @melissagoestocraftland, showcasing a beautiful blend of hand coloring, die cutting, and stenciling techniques! Melissa worked with the Wedding Joy Foil paper collection, adding custom color by ink blending directly onto the foil designs—creating bold, vibrant looks while keeping the intricate metallic patterns visible. A decorative stencil paired with stencil paste adds even more dimension and drama to each design.
Pro tip: Use dye inks (not pigment inks) when blending on foil paper. The dye ink absorbs into the paper and can be gently buffed off the foil areas with a dry cloth. For the rich black background, Melissa applied ink directly with the pad, while blending brushes were used to create the rainbow effect. ✨😍
