Beautiful Layout - Brande Davison
Hiya! Excited to share a layout featuring the Native Garden 12x12 Paper Collection! I love the contrast of this feminine collection with the muddy, soggy, boggy hike through beautiful moorland on the East Highland Way in Scotland.
I kicked off this layout with some fussy cutting of all those amazing florals from Paper F of the Collection. Then, I prepared Paper C as my background - first with the paint or ink splat stamps from the Clocks 4x4 Clear Stamp Set and Create Words 4x4 Clear Stamp Sets using our Premium Dye Ink in Bubblegum. Then I added some words to peek out behind the photo and floral cluster using our Lovely Florals - Magnolia 4x6 Stamp Set, Awesome Words 4x4 Clear Stamp Set and Currently 2 Clear Stamp in Premium Dye Ink Cement and Intense Black.
From there, I backed my photos in a few papers from the Collection and put them centre stage on the page, tucking all those florals in and around behind the photos while still letting the stamping peek out the sides. The final touch was adding those dark film strips made using the Film Strip Duo Metal Die and my title from the Nature Stroll Titles & Sentiments Die Cuts.
