Artsy Print Cards - Donna Lewis

Hello crafty friends. I have a fun set of cards to share with you today. Well, the cards are probably more elegant than fun, but my method of choosing sketches was a lot of fun! However, I was most surprised when looking at the video footage from here in Australia to find how scrambled my brain was when making these cards! I thought I was doing fine, but the footage tells another story!!! The footage was shot in my final days in Japan, in between making a million decisions about what to bring, what to leave behind, and all manner of things, and this threw up a few surprises!
I allowed a random number generator to choose both the sketch website and the sketch number. You can see the video of the process here.
The main hero paper for these cards is called Artsy Print by Paper Rose Studio. These jewel toned papers are gorgeous, and I still have a lot of paper left in all the designs except my favourite. Here’s a gallery look at the cards I made.
I’m not going to write out instructions for all the cards; I suspect they would remain unread, so please have a look at the video if you want to see the process I used to choose sketches, any of the individual cards, or the pickle I got myself in trying to make a video while moving countries! I’ll leave you with a card made from one of my favourite papers from the pack.
Until next time, may you find happiness in your days.
Blessings,
Donna
