SHIPPING - PAPERCRAFT (RETAIL)

Paper Rose uses Australia Post for all deliveries.

WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Please ensure your shipping address is correct - Paper Rose is not liable to replace or refund an order if the delivery address provided is incorrect. If a parcel is returned and has to be sent again, the additional delivery cost will be charged.

There are two shipping options available (Delivery times are estimates only):

• Australia Post - Standard with Tracking (6-12 business days): $9.00
• Australia Post - Express Post (1-4 business days): $12.95 - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Shipping is free on papercraft orders over $100 - orders will be sent with tracking. If you require your order to be sent Express Post, the standard rate of $12.95 will apply.

PLEASE NOTE: 

All parcels are sent with Australia Post's 'Signature on delivery, Authority to Leave can be requested' service.

If you give Australia Post Authority to Leave your parcel, it will be left unattended at the address specified on your order. 

Please note that Paper Rose will not accept liability for any parcel that goes missing or is damaged when Authority to Leave is requested by the recipient. Paper Rose is not responsible for replacing or refunding any missing parcels when the Australia Post tracking shows that the parcel was delivered and left in a safe place as per the recipient's request.

 

SHIPPING - QUILTING FABRIC

Free Postage is not offered on Quilting Fabric as we offer special prices on our range of precuts and fabric.

Postage is charged at or below cost from Australia Post.

Please note that if your order is high value, the parcel may need to be sent with DHL Express. You will be contacted if there is any additional shipping charge.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (RETAIL):

There is one shipping option available for international orders:

• Flat Rate Postage via Australia Post - International Standard with Tracking (7-13 business days): AUD$22 (approximately USD $15)

Duties and Taxes: Duties and taxes are charged by the relevant customs and border protection agencies in your country and are payable by the importer. Paper Rose can not cover the cost of any applicable import fees as they are the responsibility of the importer.
